These draft terms concern use of the AlgoForce informational website. They are separate from any portfolio mandate, offering document, subscription agreement or other document governing an investment.
AlgoForce Long Short AI Fund is a segregated portfolio of Matador Digital Assets Fund SPC, a Cayman Islands segregated portfolio company. Farringdon is the fund manager and Formidium the fund administrator. Website enquiries can be directed to [email protected].

You may view the website and download materials made available for your personal evaluation of the fund. Preserve notices and attribution. Any broader permission to reproduce, distribute or commercially use content must come from the relevant rights holder.
You must not use the website unlawfully, misrepresent your identity, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the service. Do not submit another person’s information without appropriate authority.
